Oktavia
Your network under control
Oktavia discovers what is on your network, verifies that it meets your organisation's standard, and fixes what does not, with human approval on every change. Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper from a single console.
1. What it solves, and who it is for
Enterprise networks grow in complexity faster than the teams that run them. The pattern repeats: manual audits that take days, configuration drift nobody notices until there is an incident, visibility split across four tools, and no traceability over who changed what and with whose authorisation.
The underlying problem is that diagnosis does not close the loop. Audit tools find the finding, but fixing it remains manual work outside the tool, device by device.
Oktavia closes that loop. It discovers the network, audits it against the declared standard, proposes the change, applies it only with approval, and audits again to confirm the finding is closed. Every action leaves a downloadable artefact and stays in a searchable history.
Who it is for: IT and network operations teams running multi-vendor infrastructure that need to move quickly without giving up control — integrators, organisations with multiple sites, and teams answering to internal or regulatory audits.
2. Benefits and results
| Benefit | What changes in operations |
|---|---|
| The full cycle, not just diagnosis | Detect, propose, approve, apply, and verify the finding closed. Finding a problem is worthless if fixing it is still manual. |
| Audits in minutes, not days | Complete compliance across the whole network, one site, one role, or one device in a single operation. |
| Control without risk | No change is ever applied without generated artefacts and prior validation. Each vendor is touched with its safest primitive. |
| End-to-end visibility | Inventory, topology, compliance, security, addressing, and configurations in a single panel. |
| Traceable automation | Complete history of jobs, results, and downloadable artefacts in JSON, CSV, and CFG. |
| Genuinely multi-vendor | Each vendor has its own normalised configuration model, not a translation into Cisco syntax. |
| Operating by conversation | Argos audits, diagnoses, proposes configuration, and closes the loop from chat, without switching screens. |
| AI with the cost in plain sight | Every answer declares whether it consumed the language model or was resolved deterministically, before it runs. The local AI answers from your network documentation, with citations, without anything leaving the server. |
Reference metrics for teams moving from manual processes to controlled flows with artefacts: 80% less time on manual compliance and configuration reviews, 70% more visibility into drift by site, role, and device, 50% fewer repetitive tasks thanks to scheduled operations, and traceable 24/7 operating capacity with prior validation and approval.
3. Licensing and commercial model
Two licenses. The complete platform is Oktavia Pro. Continuous telemetry and event orchestration are licensed separately because they have a different consumption profile — they store time series and run a permanent evaluator — and not every network needs them on day one.
| License | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Oktavia Pro Main license | Multi-vendor discovery, inventory, configuration and state compliance, intended configuration by scope, full remediation cycle with the Digital Twin, new service provisioning with rollback, topology with path tracing, firewall policy analysis, network security with a PCI DSS report per site and security patches, service inventory, IP intelligence, backups, advanced reports, provisioning, scheduled operations, FinOps, multi-tenant, and Argos in full with local AI. |
| Telemetry and Event Orchestration Add-on license | Real-time metrics, Grafana-compatible dashboards, and the event automation engine: rules that react on their own to BGP session drops, OSPF neighbour drops, interfaces down, and CPU, memory, temperature, and error thresholds. |
Included with every license: While the license is active, every Oktavia deployment receives the platform's security patches, updates and new features, at no extra cost.
Your technology should fit your budget, not the other way around. We offer flexible commercial terms, with monthly or annual payment options, or plans agreed for the life of the contract, starting at 12 months. Start with the capacity you need today and scale as your operation grows.
4. Next step
To quote, all we need is the size of your network: roughly how many routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers you manage. No detailed inventory, full architecture, or lengthy discovery process is required to receive a first proposal.
If you would rather see the technical detail first, the technical sheet covers the platform modules, per-vendor coverage and access method, integrations, architecture, requirements, and the implementation process with estimated timelines.
